Zumba is a popular dance style workout, which was discovered by a Colombian Choreographer Alberto. It is a Aerobic style dance workout, which helps you to burn your extra calories along with learning new dance workouts. At zymin fitness, we provide group Zumba workouts combined with Aerobic & Functional training. The songs used are Latin & Jazz, where as we also customize the group sessions with the Hindi workout songs too. Masala Bhangra, another dance workout is also Practice at Zymin Fitness Pvt Ltd. Our instructors are ZIN licensed & highly experienced in their workouts, also they keep on updating with the new trends every month.
